Established in 2013, TriArc Real Estate Partners is a full-service, vertically integrated investment management firm focused on the acquisition, management and renovation of multifamily properties that produce strong returns while building stronger communities. TriArc’s team of highly skilled and experienced professionals has closed on over $300 million in real estate transactions, managed portfolios of over 10,000 units and completed over $60 million in construction projects in their extensive careers spanning over 100 years based in the Houston market. This depth of experience has allowed them to produce an average equity multiple of 1.65 and 23% IRR within the first 48 months of ownership on every asset they have acquired. To date, the company has an AUM of $100M+ across 1,100 units.
